We will process a return or exchange only if:

- The product(s) received were damaged or defective (despite thorough quality checks)

Re-Delivery of Replacement Items
To qualify for a replacement, the original item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Customers must initially bear the return shipping cost, which will be refunded once the item(s) are received and verified.
- Correct replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
- Note: Returned items that show signs of use or additional damage will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

📝 Return Procedure

- Order confirmation number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
Once approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number via email.
✅ Returns must be completed within 15 days of RA issuance. Please print and include the attached RA Form in your return package, clearly stating your:
